Fruit Fly Trap

Description

solution

A dual-purpose residential and commercial pest control device integrating multi-attractant technologies with user-friendly design: The food lure layer contains plant-derived aromatic extracts and food-grade vinegar components to stimulate fruit flies' feeding instincts; the color-enhanced layer features a bright yellow top cover that enhances attraction to specific wavelengths, aligning with fruit flies' visual preferences; the pheromone induction layer incorporates male and female reproductive pheromones to precisely target the desired population; and the physical capture layer integrates a polymer-based colloidal adhesive (with superior adhesion) that permanently immobilizes insects upon contact.

● Target Pests:Fruit flies

● Application scenarios:Storage facilities, fresh supermarkets, households

Monitoring

The trap requires pairing with fruit fly attractant: open the attractant package, pour the attractant into the matching adhesive cup, and close the trap to complete installation. For home use, apply directly; for outdoor orchards, hang it on branches 1.2-1.5m above the ground. After 15-20 days of use when the attractant dries, add about 50g of water to soak the bait—continue using until the water evaporates. Alternatively, fill the adhesive bottle halfway (≈100g water) to attract fruit flies with the scent and drown them inside.

Benefits

● Natural Ingredients: Contains plant extracts and food-grade ingredients (certified for safety), suitable for maternal/infant and kitchen environments.

● Zero Toxic Residue: Physical adhesive trapping mechanism eliminates the risk of chemical pesticide contamination.

● Mushroom-Shaped Sealed Cup: Transparent cup body enables real-time pest count monitoring, with leak-proof and spill-proof design.
