A compact bucket-style moth trap designed for monitoring small to medium-sized moths in protected areas and outdoor crops. Its weather-resistant casing works with pheromone lures for both monitoring and mass trapping of flying insects. The trap is sturdy and durable, suitable for use over multiple seasons. Additionally, with its covered entry points, it performs reliably in outdoor and dusty environments.
● Target Pests: Micro-lepidopteran insects (Tuta absoluta, Cydalima perspectalis)
● Application Scenarios: Greenhouse tomatoes, open-field tomatoes
The trap must be used with target-specific pheromone lures or attractants. For Box tree moths (Cydalima perspectalis), which produce multiple generations annually, deploy pheromone-baited traps between March and October. Suspend traps approximately 1-1.5 meters above ground level to ensure adequate air circulation around the trap. Replace pheromone lures at recommended intervals. Empty traps weekly to prevent accumulation of dead insects, which can deter other moths.
● Durable & wear-resistant for versatile indoor/outdoor deployment.
● Transparent casing enables effortless monitoring and pest identification.
● Quick to install and maintain.
● Green color finish minimizes attraction to non-target insects.
